Impact: COREQ was brought in to help the founders design an integrated, closed-vertical ecosystem that could sustain long-term defensibility. We guided the structuring of business arms - separating core manufacturing, research, and client-facing divisions - while ensuring that each entity reinforced the strength of the overall platform. This architecture allowed the company to operate as a self-contained ecosystem, reducing dependency on external providers and creating strategic leverage in both scientific innovation and commercialization.
