Project: A next-generation wellness and social club blending the exclusivity of elite membership clubs with the science and culture of longevity and modern wellness.

Impact: COREQ engaged at inception to shape the concept of a boutique membership experience positioned at the crossroads of wellness, longevity, and social belonging. Drawing inspiration from established private clubs and wellness sanctuaries, our role was to craft a differentiated vision: a hybrid model that combined the prestige of elite member institutions with the intimacy of health-focused spaces, enhanced by a cultural and social layer.

We developed the phased launch strategy, beginning with community-building and awareness campaigns designed to attract early adopters and thought leaders. This included curating founding circles, designing a content and event roadmap, and positioning it as the insider’s destination for those at the forefront of wellness and culture. The strategy laid out the path from a digital and experiential community to the establishment of the first flagship physical location.

COREQ’s scope encompassed brand identity and positioning, revenue architecture, and competitive differentiation. We mapped the venture against both traditional private clubs and wellness spaces, identifying white space in offering a true hybrid. We designed membership models that balanced exclusivity with scalability, integrated programming across wellness, culture, and networking, and created narratives that would resonate with both investors and members.

On the operational side, COREQ advised on fundraising strategy, regulatory considerations, partnership development, and deal structuring for physical spaces. We guided the selection of strategic collaborators - developers, wellness providers, hospitality partners - ensuring alignment with the identity of the venture. To complete the ecosystem, we supported the design of longevity-driven offerings, community technology infrastructure, and operational playbooks that could be replicated across locations as the club scales.
